Use Restrictions

Cliptop is built for legitimate personal and professional clipboard workflows. These restrictions describe activity that is not allowed when using Cliptop or related services operated by Depomo Ltd.

Prohibited activity

You may not use Cliptop to:

1. Break applicable laws or regulations.
2. Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
3. Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm another person or organization.
4. Distribute malware, spyware, or harmful code.
5. Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls for Cliptop or related services.
6. Use automated systems to abuse licensing, billing, support, or infrastructure.
7. Misrepresent your identity, payment information, or entitlement to a license.
8. Use Cliptop as part of surveillance, credential theft, or unauthorized monitoring.

Security and abuse response

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe Cliptop is being used in a way that violates these restrictions, threatens security, or could harm other users, our infrastructure, or Depomo Ltd.
