Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for Cliptop and any related services operated by Depomo Ltd.
Canceling a subscription
You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the next renewal date if you no longer want to use a paid plan. When distribution and billing are fully available, cancellation controls will be provided through the billing flow or account settings.
If you need help canceling, email support@cliptop.app from the email address connected to your purchase.
Access after cancellation
If you cancel a recurring subscription, your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. After that period ends, paid features may stop working unless you renew or purchase another eligible plan.
Trial cancellations
Cliptop includes a 3-day trial with full feature access. If a paid plan requires payment details in the future, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid renewal or conversion charges.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Cliptop includes a 30-day money-back guarantee.
